go to compatibility and select the first box and choose windows xp in the bar. right click and select properties on your setup.exe. But in a nutshell, I can't get solid 60 FPS no matter how low I go in either settings or resolution. if you have the same problem go to your disc directory. Now… I don't know which are equivalent graphic settings on consoles, probably Digital Foundry can add some insight on that. The way I see it, if the game is well optimized I should be getting at least PS4 graphics and performance (probably with lower res textures) on my pc:
Consoles are that are already targeting 1080p 60 FPS and hitting that target for the most part. Most users just bruteforce the game with HW several times more powerful than the base consoles. Yeah, I don't think this game is that well optimized for old or low end hardware.
